Backlink Police™ is a SaaS platform that provides backlink monitoring services for SEO professionals, agencies, and website owners.

Subscriptions & Payments

• Service is priced at $5 per month per project created by each user.
• Payments are processed securely by third-party providers (we do not store credit card information).
• Subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled by the user.

Cancellation & Refunds

• Users may cancel anytime via their account settings or by
  contacting support.
• We offer a money-back guarantee only on the last month of subscription, subject to the following rules:
• If you sign up and cancel within the first month, you pay nothing.
• If you use the service for multiple months, you may request a refund for the most recent (last) month only.
• Refunds must be requested by contacting:
  support@backlinkpolice.com.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the platform only for lawful SEO purposes.
• Not misuse, reverse engineer, or attempt to interfere with the platform.

Provide accurate account and billing information.

Data Privacy

Intellectual Property

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or engage in unlawful activities.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Backlink Police™ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use
our platform.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the jurisdiction in which Backlink Police™ operates.
